We will continue to zoom live from each class - the camera will be placed so that only the teacher is visible online.

  • Bring your own mat and props

Please bring your own Yoga Mat, blocks and any props you may require for each class, and a covering for Savasana.

Equipment is available to borrow, however after use this will be cleaned and quarantined therefore limiting the amount we can offer,

  • Face covering

A face covering must be worn when entering and leaving the studio. This can be removed when you're on the mat.

Keep a safe and respectful distance from other students and teachers at all times, particularly when entering and leaving the Nest.

When entering the studio please go straight to the marked spot where you can place your mat and belongings. Yoga mats will be laid out in such a way to ensure a minimum of 1 metre distance between each one. Class sizes will be reduced, to comply with social distancing guidelines until further notice.

  • Bags and valuables

Please only bring what you really need into the studio. You will need to leave your belongings at the end of your mat.

  • Facilities

The loos will be open, we will ask you to wipe clean and wash your hands after use.

During the class:
  • Our teachers will guide you with care and awareness

During your practice, your teacher will maintain social distancing. Teachers will therefore be unable to offer hands-on adjustments but will be adapting their teaching accordingly to ensure you get the most out of your class.

  • Air flow

Ventilation - window will be opened to ventilate the studio in between classes. Strong ventilation during class can increase chance of contamination.

After practice:
  • Leaving

Students closest to the door will exit first, while those furthest away will exit last.

In order to facilitate our thorough cleaning regime between classes, we ask that you please leave promptly after your class has ended. Remember to maintain social distancing on the way out.

  • Covid-19 Symptoms
If you experience any Covid-19 symptoms (as described at the top of the page) after class, please get in-touch with us asap.
Thank you.
  • Keep your spirit Wild and let’s stay connected in the Nest.
We are so excited to see students in the Nest again, some of you will choose to stay online but we are still together. It might be tricky to start of with, but we're in this together and with your help we know we can make it work.
We can’t do hugs or squeeze feet just yet so instead we stay connected over a friendly smile. Let’s focus on the things we can do that keep us all healthy and happy and our yoga practice flowing.
