Step 1 - Purchase a Payment Plan
After payment your session/s will go to your "basket"
Step 2 - Select your class and use Plan to book.
Go to Bookings and choose your class, using plan to book.
A block can be booked all at once or weekly, choose between all the classes - the freedom is yours!
IMPORTANT - Plans can Not be extended and Not refunded if a no show.
You can reschedule or cancel your class 4 hour prior to start.

Plan, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for rescheduling or cancelling their own booked class. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class start. If you fail to turn up the class can not be re-booked or refunded and payment will be lost. To manage your classes go to 'My Bookings' at the top of the screen. Plan Expiring
Everyone is responsible for "spending" their sessions within the time given.
We do not extend plans due to other commitments.
For 1 session you are give 4 weeks.
For a set of 6 sessions you are given 8 weeks.
For a set of 12 sessions you are given 14 weeks.
For a set of 24 sessions you are given 26 weeks.
If you do not spend them within this time, they will be lost, so let's get on the mat!

Cancellation Policy
Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked class.
If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost.
Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class start.
Workshops cancellations must be made 7 days prior to class start.
Course (run by Wild Nest) cancellations must be made 7 days prior to class start.
Manage your classes in 'My Bookings'
Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked class.

Manage your bookings from the drop down box by your name at the top of the screen.
We do not accept email or telephone cancellations.
