Service Description

'Flow 45' is a 45 minute flow for when you... - Want to add a little extra to your weekly practice - Just need a quick break - Have a busy schedule - Can't make a longer class. In this flow we start in child's pose, then move into a kneeling warm-up and work through the classic surya namaskar. We add variation into our sun salute with twists, stretches and standing balances. We finish with a breathing practice and relaxation. 'Flow 45' is available in studio and online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
