Service Description
The best use of theory is in better practice. Open to anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of how their body functions and feel more confident practicing at home. Happy Feet The feet are the foundation of our posture and our grounding to the earth. We can build a strong and flexible body but if our feet are not strong, supple and ‘awake’ we are building on a weak base. This fun and practical session explores simple, yet effective exercises to mobilise and strengthen feet and ankles to improve posture, balance and gait. Healthy Hips Our hips literally move us through life. Stiff hips, weak hips, and hips that ‘grip’ are commonplace, and can be a cause of lower back and knee pain. In this workshop we explore movements a healthy hip joint is capable of, why we may experience problems and what we can do improve this. You will gain tools to help in daily life as well as exercises to practice at home to improve the health and function of your hips.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
