Introduction to Human Design Sunday 23rd November - 16.30 - 18.30. Understanding Your Energy Type with Carly Ferguson. We’re all built to use and share energy differently — to create, rest, and connect in ways that feel natural to us. But most of us try to operate in the same way, and that’s where resistance and burnout begin. Human Design offers a fresh way to understand your unique energy. It’s not a belief system - it’s a practical framework for how you’re wired to move through life with more flow and less force. In this 2 hour workshop, you will: ● Learn what Human Design is and why it’s so insightful ● Explore the five Energy Types and how they interact ● Discover your own type and aura - how you naturally exchange energy with others ● Experience a short guided meditation to strengthen your aura and connect to your energy You’ll leave with simple, practical ways to: ● Manage your energy and avoid burnout ● Make decisions in a way that feels more natural to you ● Create more ease and flow in how you work, rest, and relate to others You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of your energy, how to work with it rather than against it, and a felt sense of alignment in your body. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a link to generate your Human Design chart before the session - please bring it with you (printed or on your phone). About Carly Carly Ferguson is a Leadership and Human Design Coach and Kundalini Yoga teacher based in Hampshire. She helps people understand their unique energy so they can move through life and work with more clarity, confidence, and flow. Carly blends modern self-awareness tools with ancient energetic practices to bring Human Design to life in a grounded, practical way. Her teaching is down-to-earth and accessible - less about rules and more about helping you reconnect to what already feels natural within you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
