Service Description

Our fight/flight response used to be a bodily response to physical danger. These days we find ourselves in this response due mostly to mental and emotional danger. Work, relationships, finances and health are some of the biggest non-life-threatening stressors. How you interpret these things can affect your body’s reaction and can contribute to anxiety disorders. In a world where we are constantly being overworked and over stimulated, we can find ourselves looked in a permanent fight/flight or freeze/fawn response. Our sympathetic nervous system is working overtime release stress hormones into the body. Our vital systems shut down and we end up feeling exhausted by life! So many people in todays society live in a state of fear and anxiety. They may not be aware that they are fearful and anxious. But those feelings are there, lurking just under the surface. They are afraid of being judged, of being shamed, of losing their identities, of failing to measure up to some imaginary standard. But there is a way to change!! In this workshop you will learn a practice that disengages the fight/flight reflex! You will learn how to come back into your body after a stressful situation. And you will learn how to bring others back following stress, shock or trauma into a calm and peaceful state. We will also practice bring ourself into right relationship with the world around us. This can be a truly life changing experience both for you and those you can help after learning this technique. I have seen peoples lives change with just one session of disengaging the fright flight response. It is an incredible thing to be able to do. I hope you can join me.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
