Service Description

Pilates with Louise Rose. My passion is to encourage people to move their bodies with ease, safely and effectively, as movement is medicine! My classes are open to any body looking to move functionally, so what ever is going on in your body there will always be adaptations and alternative moves to suit you. I love to teach in a way that allows you to also totally de-stress from todays chaos, so you will leave feeling that your body has worked but equally your mind has calmed. The body, mind and breath all work together. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
