Service Description
6 week Pilates Beginners Course with Jo Weller This course combines classical Pilates exercises and variations with contemporary, functional exercises. In this course Jo will teach you the foundations on which to build your Pilates practice. Jo has an holistic approach, guiding you through the exercises to release tension, promote mind-body balance and connection and develop your ability to move with greater ease, efficiency and enjoyment. We have all the equipment need here at the studio. If you have your own mat, you are very welcome to bring it with you. Any question please get in touch. We look forward to welcoming you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
