Service Description

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes and rattles. The general intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony and balance in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants energy fields. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness and access to inner visionary experience. Participants will lay on the floor, under a blanket, using any support needed. Do feel free to bring a pillow. Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided, however free to bring your own. Let the sound wash over you and through you. Like the wind over your skin and the blood through your veins. Allow the sound waves to release all tension from your body. And emerge refreshed, rejuvenated and restored. We will begin with a few gentle stretches before laying down. Wear comfortable clothing. 3rd Friday evening of every month - 7.30 - 8.30pm.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
