Ever feel like the days are flying by and wish you had more time to do the things you love?

You might need to have a digital detox and unplug from the internet, according to a new study.

Researchers say smartphones, tablets and various gadgets have trained our brains to process more information, tricking us into thinking time is passing faster than it actually is. People who took time to read a book, rather than use technology, reported a much slower perception to the passage of time. So if you're feeling rushed, stressed or that time is whizzing by, take some time out in nature, relax, read a book, and put that phone down. Natural Health
