Our 1 to 1 and private group sessions are created just for you. You can choose a full yoga practice or mix it up with Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercise), Sound bath or Reiki. You are unique, and in working with a private instructor, you will have more time to talk through the poses and how they can work for your body.
