Kirtan is the Sanskrit term for Chanting. Sanskrit mantras are repeated using call and response, stilling the mind and opening the heart. Kirtan is a voice meditation practice, which connects you deeply into your true self. Together, we will be chanting simple yet powerful mantras accompanied by the harmonium and drum. Experience freedom of expression through using your voice, and enjoy some truly beautiful mantras and melodies. There will be space for sharing what arises, if you feel you wish to do so. The chants will be interspersed with poetry and stories around the different mantras. Some whilst enjoying a cup of tea and healthy snacks. The chants will be led in traditional call and response, and other times we will chant as a collective group. We will explore three or four different chants during our time together, with a particular focus on self care, rest and resetting as we go through the Winter months. A perfect time to move inwards. This is such a wonderful practice and I highly recommend giving it a go! You do not need to be a 'singer' to join us! This practice is open to and accessible for EVERYONE. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
