Yoga and Sound Bath by the Pool. Sunday evening 6.30 - 7.30pm on... 18th May **After payment be sure to go back and book the date you would like to attend. Immerse yourself in a truly magical yoga experience, set against the stunning backdrop of the pool and the open sky. This practice is designed for everyone - whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, we’ll adapt the flow to honour your unique needs. We begin with a gentle, grounding sequence, lying down beneath the sky, gazing up at the trees we sync our breath with the peaceful rhythm of nature. As the sun begin to set, we gracefully move through a soothing Sun Salutation sequence, weaving in gentle movements. To complete this soul-nourishing practice, we’ll relax to the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls, allowing deep relaxation to wash over us. Breathe, move, and unwind in this beautiful experience. Please bring a mat if you have one, there will be some available to borrow. Also do bring a blanket, jumper and socks anything you need to stay warm and cosy during the sound bath. We look forward to seeing you at this very special place in the heart of Petersfield.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
