Begin Your Yoga Journey Here Sunday 7th September 11.15 - 12.30 with Maria At the heart of yoga lies the breath—our most powerful tool for connecting body and mind. Together, we’ll begin by learning how to tune into your breath, understanding its profound impact on your physical and mental wellbeing. In this practice, you'll explore a variety of yoga poses (asanas), with a focus on the anatomy behind each one. We’ll break down the movements, giving you the knowledge and tools to adapt them to your unique body and needs. This journey is all about making yoga truly your own, honoring where you are in each moment. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind, creating space for healing, growth, and balance. We’ll also dive into the seven chakra energy centers and the eight limbs of yoga, laying a strong foundation for your personal practice. This is your invitation to begin your journey with us and we look forward to guiding you on the way.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
