Service Description

This is a session to build flexibility and strength. A flowing sequence working mostly with the classic sun salutation, including lunges with stretches for legs, hips and the upper body. The session is tailored to suit each student. We are all built differently so modifications will be offered to suit your unique body build. A regular yoga practice will help to balance out the muscle groups, keep you flexible, stronger and prevent injuries. The most important part of the yoga practice is the breath. The breath is a way of directing energy throughout the body and an astute indicator of our physical and emotional state during practice. Practicing a slow and steady breath will help us to stay focused and present in the moment, restoring balance and harmony. The practice ends with gentle postures to relax and restore mind, body & soul.
