Breathe out the week - Gentle Evening Flow with Yvon A gentle end to your week. This soothing flow invites you to slow down, stretch deeply, and soften the body after busy days. Through mindful movement and spacious breathing, we release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space to simply be. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to ease into your evening. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You are invited to move at your own pace, reconnect with your body and find harmony in each moment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
