Saturday 15th November 11.00 - 12.30pm with Carly Ferguson Movement, breath and meditation for real life balance and vitality. Life moves fast - work, family, endless lists. It’s easy to run on empty and forget what it feels like to be fully in your own energy. The Energy Series is a new monthly Kundalini Yoga experience to help you reconnect, recharge and reset. Each 90-minute session combines movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation and the gong to move energy through the body, clear stress from the system and bring you back to your natural rhythm. This practice can be both powerful and grounding - sometimes strong, sometimes deeply still - designed to meet you where you are. ● Open to all levels - no experience needed ● For busy humans who want more energy, focus and calm ● Come as you are. This class blends breath, movement and mantra to restore harmony between giving and receiving. March 14th · RADIATE Glow from groundedness. Work with the arcline and aura to expand your energy and build lasting confidence and vitality. April 18th · FLOW Trust your intuition and move with life. Practices to soften control, open awareness and return to your natural flow of energy and creativity. Carly Ferguson is a Leadership, Human Design Coach and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Her work blends modern self-awareness tools with ancient energetic practices to help people reconnect with their natural rhythm, build resilience, and live with ease and presence. Carly teaches Kundalini in a way that’s accessible and real - combining movement, breath, and meditation to clear stress and awaken energy. Her classes are dynamic yet grounding, balancing strength with stillness bringing you back to yourself.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
