In this Shamanic workshop we connect with the archetypes of Serpents, Jaguar, Hummingbird and Eagle/Condor, that represent the physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies and begin to unwind and release what no longer serves. Serpent: What stories do you hold onto, what believes are locked up in the body? Jaguar: The drama. Is it even true? Hummingbird: When we let go, what new possibilities are there? With the help of the archetypes and in creating a sandpainting (although there's no sand or painting, just sticks, lots of sticks), we begin to let go. This is a powerful practice of really listening to our inner self, the voice that speaks our truth. The voice behind the ego mind, the voice behind the constant shatter of the monkey mind that just goes on and on and on... and... Eagle: Finding stillness and listening to our heart. We end our evening together with an Eagle meditation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
