Sound Bath: A Journey of Deep Relaxation and Healing Friday 7.30 - 9pm with Maria 26th September 24th October 28th November A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where you’re gently “bathed” in the healing power of sound waves. These waves, created by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and percussion, flow over and through you, helping to clear any blockages and bring balance to your energy field. The intention of this experience is to guide you into a state of harmony, where you can let go of tension, clear away discord, and restore a deep sense of wellbeing. As the sounds wash over you, you may experience expanded awareness, relaxation, and even access to inner visionary states—leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and fully restored. You’ll be lying comfortably on the floor, wrapped in a blanket, and supported by mats, bolsters, and pillows (feel free to bring your own). This is your space to completely unwind and allow the healing sounds to soothe every part of your being. We’ll start with a few gentle stretches to ease into the practice, before settling into stillness. Wear comfortable clothing, and let the sound waves carry you into a place of deep peace. To complete this soothing experience, we’ll end with a warm cup of tea, allowing you to slowly come back to the present moment, feeling grounded, balanced, and completely nourished.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
