Service Description

This is a strength and mobility practice perfect for athletes of all abilities and anyone wanting to feel stronger and more flexible. As an ultramarathoner and triathlete, yoga is a secret weapon for Laura - but one that she wants to share with others. The first half will be a strong practice to build heat in the body and improve strength, balance and proprioception. The second half will have longer held postures for greater mobility, which is easier to access when the muscles are warm, helping you to perform and feel better.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
