Strength & Mobility Training for Athletes of All Levels This dynamic practice is designed specifically for athletes looking to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve overall performance. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or a beginner, this class will meet you where you are and help you unlock your full potential. As an ultramarathoner and triathlete, Laura has experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga as a "secret weapon" for athletic success. She’s seen how the combination of strength and mobility can not only improve performance but also aid in faster recovery and injury prevention. Now, she’s passionate about sharing this powerful practice with others. What to Expect: The first half of the session is a high-energy practice that builds heat and engages the whole body. Through strength-based movements, you'll improve your balance, proprioception, and body awareness - crucial for athletes in any sport. This portion will activate and strengthen muscles to help you move more efficiently, both in training and competition. The second half transitions into deeper, longer-held postures that focus on mobility and flexibility. The muscles, warmed up from the first segment, will allow you to access deeper stretches that promote better range of motion and reduce tightness. This helps you maintain fluidity in your movements, reduces the risk of injury, and improves recovery times - allowing you to perform at your best, both during workouts and on race day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
