A performance-supportive class designed to build strength, improve flexibility and enhance overall movement quality. Ideal for runners, cyclists, gym-goers and active bodies, this class focuses on functional strength, joint stability and range of motion to help you move better, recover well and reduce injury risk. Expect controlled strength work, mobility drills and deep stretching - leaving you feeling strong, supple and ready for your next session. Suitable for all levels with options to progress or modify.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
