Wild's Shamanic Yoga This is going in deep and coming out flying! A fun, challenging and uplifting practice mixing different styles of yoga with shamanic medicine. Shamanic medicine is a way back home, back to your authentic self, working with the 4 Archetypes, representing the 4 directions, the 4 bodies and the 4 elements. We also honour Mother Earth, Father Sky and all our relations. South is represented by Serpent, earth, the physical body. West is represented by Jaguar, water, the emotional body. North is represented by Hummingbird, fire, the mental body. East is represented by Eagle, air, the energetic body. We will spend 4 week with each archetype: Serpent - Yin yoga flow, guided drum journey. Jaguar - Yoga dance, guided breathing and drum healing. Hummingbird - Flow yoga, finding stillness in motion, humming ourselves home. Eagle - Yoga Nidra, gentle movement and breath. This practice will encourage you to go deep into your own healing, to clear and cleanse, to sit with what is and letting it go. Using breath techniques and shamanic practices. We will begin each practice with smudging and open sacred space so you will be held to do your work. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
