Both of my teenage girls loved the meditation and your words. Neither had done yoga before and said it was "interesting", "different", "so relaxing" and "really really lovely".
Introducing them to that was a secret little present to them from me - and from you too actually, as their provider of such a lovely first introduction.
We planted a seed of yoga and meditation forever in them today I think!

I just wanted to say I am absolutely loving this particular yoga class. I have now attended 2 and I am really happy to be part of such a great studio.
After practising purely on my own and mostly online for the last 18 months it is fantastic to be back with real people and be taught by amazing teachers.
There is nothing like a 'real' yoga class.
I look forward to learning more and trying out different classes.

You share a sense a calm in your classes, always, which refills all our cups. I'm sure - as a teacher - there are days and moments when your own cup is a bit depleted. Yet you still manage. So here is some love for topping up your cup, from me to you. I felt the wish to send this to you today.

As a newbie to yoga I have felt very welcomed into Wild Nest. I attended a 6 week beginners course which was excellent, very experienced instructor. I look forward to carrying on my yoga journey in the Wednesday classes.
Would highly recommend.

I recently discovered Wild Nest after an 18 month break from yoga and was somewhat daunted to return to the mat. I am so glad I did. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.
The studio is beautifully designed with a clean Scandinavian aesthetic and a lovely energy. All the equipment is provided - no need to worry about having the right props etc. I've been doing Maria's Gentle Yoga and Meditation classes and they have rapidly become a highlight of my week.
