Thank you for your order it means a lot to us. We package all of our orders with great care and make sure you receive a beautifully wrapped gift.
For packaging we use recycled or recyclable/degradable envelopes, boxes and fillers. We also try to avoid using tape.
If your order is a gift for someone and you would like it sent directly to them, we will be very happy to write a greeting card or postcard on your behalf. Just send us your message in the special instructions box - get in touch
FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £50
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY or Collection - if you live local, within 2 miles, to Petersfield, Hampshire, we offer free delivery. Alternatively, if you come to one of my yoga session I am happy to bring your purchase or on the school run - just tick the box at the checkout.

International deliveries are available on small parcels less than 1 kg in weight. If you wish to order items over this amount then please e-mail and we will provide you with a quote.
Non delivered goods
Please ensure that the delivery information is 100% accurate as we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery of goods for this reason. As the customer, you will be required to pay for goods to be re-delivered should they be returned to us due to an incorrect address.

If however you change your mind and would like to return your item, we offer a full refund or exchange on most items (with the exception of items listed below) provided they are returned in original sales condition i.e. unopened, unused, unsullied and with all tags and labels attached.
You will need to email me on providing your order number and item description.
Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and SALE items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. The postage must be paid by you, the customer, using First Class Recorded Delivery.
NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE on earrings, toiletries, cosmetics, and hair and body accessories due to hygiene reasons.
Return of damaged/faulty items
If an item is damage or faulty, you will be offered a full refund or exchange.
You will need to contact us by phone on 07984462087 or by email on email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt providing your order number and item description. You must then return the item to us using First Class Recorded Delivery. Wild Nest will reimburse the postage costs to you, the customer, please include receipt of postage.
