We use pranayama (breathing) and asanas (poses) to lean into the body. This Gentle Flow is perfect if you want a softer, more nurturing, well supported practice. If you are a senior yogi, a beginner, have limited mobility or recovering from injury you in the right place. The poses are less intense, with mostly laying down, seated and kneeling stretches and twists. You will still get all the physical and mental benefits, as well as the breath-work and mindfulness aspect of other classes. All classes start with a breathing practice and relaxation, which helps to bring focus and calm to the mind and body. A regular Yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility, and balance, reduce stress and provide many therapeutic benefits. We always end with a guided relaxation to help you feel totally restored and bring mind and body into balance. This class is suitable for all levels.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
