Service Description
Hatha yoga is an old system that includes most styles of Yoga. This practice focuses on bringing balance, to mind, body and soul. Finding inner peace and light. A regular Yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility, and balance, reduce stress and provide many therapeutic benefits. The physical practice of Yoga is just one part of a Yogic lifestyle, which incorporates the eight limbs of yoga. We also work with the four elements and the 7 energy centres of the body, the Chakras. This is and intermediate practice. A Hatha yoga practice includes Surya Namaskar A and B. Laying down and seated stretches and twists. Standing poses include the Warrior poses, poses for balance, strength and focus. All classes start and end by connecting with the breath, feeling into body and mind. We end the practice in relaxation, allowing our whole being to relax, restore and renew.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
