What do I need?
We have yoga mats, blankets and props available to borrow.
You are also very welcome to bring your own mat and any props you may need.
To buy your own mat and props take a look in our studio.
Here you can also find incense, sage for smudging,
gemstone jewellery, crystals and more...

One to One Yoga and Private Groups
Our 1 to 1 and private group sessions are created just for you.
You can choose a full yoga practice or mix it up with
Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercise), Sound bath or Reiki.
You are unique, and in working with a private instructor, you will have more time to talk through the poses and how they can work for your body.
