Welcoming the Autumn Equinox: A Time for Balance, Reflection, and Renewal Through Yoga and Meditation

As the golden days of summer fade into crisp autumn air, the Autumn Equinox marks a powerful turning point in the year. Occurring around September 22nd-23rd in the Northern Hemisphere, this celestial event brings a moment of perfect balance—day and night are equal, light and dark are in harmony.

The equinox is more than just an astronomical event. Across cultures, it has long been celebrated as a time of transition, harvest, and introspection. Nature slows down, leaves begin to fall, and there’s a subtle invitation to do the same within ourselves. This is where yoga and meditation come in—not just as wellness practices, but as tools for seasonal alignment and inner recalibration.
