Practicing yoga outdoors offers a refreshing change and a chance to reconnect with nature and the elements


The natural environment adds calm and energy that can deepen both physical movement and invite mental focus.


Fresh air and natural sunlight can improve mood and reduce stress. The opportunity to tune into the sounds of birds, wind, and flowing water create a peaceful atmosphere that supports relaxation and mindfulness. Many people find that balancing poses and breathing exercises feel different when surrounded by open space.


In today’s busy world, making time to try outdoor yoga provides a simple way to slow down, connect to the world and people around you, invite presentness and the chance to really breathe deeply


Reminding us that as we flow through our own movement we are part of something bigger that is moving and evolving constantly.
